This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details how Mulberri, Inc., (“Mulberri”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collect, share, and otherwise process information relating to individuals using our website (mulberri.io), platform, mobile application, and modules (collectively “Website”) when we provide insurance related services and products (collectively “Services”), as well as when you call, email, or interact with us. Any reference to “you” means any person using our Services or submitting any data or information on our Website. If any of the terms or conditions in this Privacy Policy are unacceptable to you, please do not use the Website or provide us with any Personal Information.

“Personal Information” is subject to definition by applicable federal and state law, but in general is information that identifies, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular person.

• Insurance claims information.
• Information associated with your social media or other online account, such as your public profile and email address connected to those accounts, when you access our Website through such an account.
• Your activity on our Website, such as preferences, page views, order information, or information provided when requesting insurance quotes, submitting applications, customer services, claims, or surveys.
• Information collected using automated technologies, including web server logs that compile IP addresses, web beacons, and cookies.
• Background of business owners, including criminal history; bankruptcy, tax, or credit liens; loss reports, history of lawsuits; and information relating to prior and current insurance.
• Any other information you provide or submit to us.
You agree to only submit information and Personal Information, if applicable, which is current and accurate, and you agree to update the information and inform us of any relevant changes to our contact information below.
For any Personal Information you provide, we may collect or verify the same or similar information from our affiliates and other third parties, such as insurers, brokers or agents, credit agencies (where allowed), departments of motor vehicle and driver licensing, financial institutions, healthcare providers, and other sources.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonable, necessary or required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
7. Data Protection and Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you submit via our Website against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. Examples of these security mechanisms include but are not limited to, where applicable, password-protected access, high security public/private keys, encryption on processed data, and TLS encryption to protect transmission of data. However, no security system is totally impenetrable, including ours. We collect information about how you use our Website by using cookies. Cookies allow a website to identify a user’s device whenever that user returns to the website. This provides the user with a more stable and enriching experience and allows a website owner to gather usage information.

We may also utilize web beacons and similar tracking technologies to gather information about your interactions with our Website. It does not mean that we collect all information listed in a particular category for all of our customers. In addition, Personal Information which is governed by the federal Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is exempted from the CCPA.

• Right to access/know. You have the right to know and request information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you within the last 12 months, as well as the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the purpose for collecting such information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share such information. You also have the right to know if we have sold or disclosed your personal information.
• Right to correct. You have the right to request we correct any mistakes in your Personal Information or update your preferences; we may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Data retained for data backup purposes is excluded.
• Right to delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to non-discrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above-listed rights. We may, however, provide a different level of service.
• Right to limit use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right limit the use of and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information we collect or maintain, to only those purposes necessary to provide our Services.
• Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your Personal Information to or share your Personal Information with third parties for cross contextual advertising, nor do we intend to, as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy law, including in California. We also have not done so for the last 12 months.
• Response Timing and Format. Our goal is to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option, provided we have valid deliverable addresses for either method. Any disclosures we provide will only address the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. In our response, we may also explain the reasons why a request cannot be executed, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or entirely unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why and provide you with the costs before the request is executed.

We may require additional information from you in order to honor your request, and there may be circumstances where we will not be able to honor your request. For example, if you request deletion, we may need to retain certain personal information to comply with our legal obligations or other permitted purposes. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. If you are submitting a request through an authorized agent, the authorized agent must provide us with your signed written permission stating that the agent is authorized to make the request on your behalf. We may also request that any authorized agents verify their identity and may reach out to you directly to confirm that you have provided the agent with your permission to submit the request on your behalf.
Further, if you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request in writing a list of the categories of Personal Information relating to third parties to which we have disclosed Personal Information during the preceding year, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 11. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” (DNT) features that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our services do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
12. We do Not Intend to Collect Information of Children
Our Services are not directed towards individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children or anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow such persons to utilize our Services. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child or someone under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changes/amended Privacy Policy on this Website. The date of this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of this page. All amended terms automatically take effect after they are initially posted on our website, unless a change in any applicable law requires immediate amendment.
