We are looking for a Director of Engineering who can combine strategic thinking with a strong builder mindset. This is an opportunity to shape the technology direction of a fast-growing startup, build high-performing teams, and bring enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to production.

You will

• –Lead and scale engineering teams across backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI.
• –Define the engineering vision, technical strategy, architecture, and execution roadmap.
• –Own the delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• –Drive the development of AI-powered applications, intelligent document-processing systems, and agentic workflows.
• –Guide the production implementation of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• –Establish strong engineering practices across architecture, code quality, testing, security, DevOps, MLOps/LLMOps, and observability.
• –Work closely with U.S.-based clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• –Take ownership of end-to-end delivery—from planning and execution to quality, release, and production support.
• –Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineering managers, architects, AI engineers, and software engineers.
• –Create a culture of ownership, speed, experimentation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
• –Evaluate emerging technologies, AI models, frameworks, and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
• –Partner with product and business teams to ensure engineering investments deliver measurable customer and business value.
